KSysGuard does not start on clean Manjaro installation

When trying to open KSysGuard I receive the following error message:

ksysguard: error while loading shared libraries: libQt5WebEngineCore.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Indeed, the file is not available in usr/lib64. I am using the latest Manjaro KDE version with 5.10 kernel. The problem has been already present directly after Manjaro installation.

Where can I find this QT library?

Try installing qt5-webengine.

I wonder why it’s not marked as a dependency, if the app actually requires it.

KSysGuard is being replaced with plasma-systemmonitor anyway. So you might want to try that.

Actually it is. The dependency tree goes:

ksysguard -> ksystemstats -> libksysguard -> qt5-webengine

The package “qt5-webengine” was already installed. But reinstallation solved the problem.

Thank you!
