Krita 4.4.2 crashes after right click on canvas

Steps to reproduce:

1- Open Krita
2- New image or existing, doesn”t matter
3- Select one tool: Text, Calligraphy, Pencil, Shapes, Multiple Pencil, Move
4- Right click on canvas to show tools menu.
5- Krita freezes and after 10-20 seconds it crashes

When launched from terminal i see this when it crashes:

QObject::connect: No such signal QQmlSizeValueType::destroyed(QObject *)
QImage::setPixel: coordinate (173,173) out of range
malloc(): invalid size (unsorted)
Abortado (`core’ generado)

Can”t reproduce the crash on my all Intel laptop with the same distro.
It happens with hardware acceleration off too, so maybe CPU related?

4.4.1 works fine.

Which version are you running?

I am using 4.4.1 from stable repos and tried to reproduce your issue, but everything is fine here. That’s on KDE Plasma, Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU with proprietary drivers.

Forgot to say it’s 4.4.2 on Testing branch, but i already said 4.4.1 was fine and Intel too.

It happens the same with the official Appimage from Krita website even on Stable branch.

My hardware is on my profile.

Glad to say that Krita devs could reproduce the bug and my debugging helped them a little to solve the problem.

It only did affect users that had 125% or more global scaling, not many seem to have that setting changed so it was difficult to reproduce.
