KRDC starts with blank screen

Hey folks,

I got a strange problem with KRDC. It starts with a blank screen, as shown in the image.

This morning I connected as usual via VPN to the office. KRDC connected successfully to an office PC, but crashed shortly after. Since then, it only starts blank, even after reboot. The VPN is still working, I can ping the remote machine. I checked with my laptop, also Manjaro, there KRDC connects as expected.

KRDC version in console shows this:

I tried xfreerdp directly, but it tells me nothing useful:

I’m completely at a loss and would appreciate any help.

I have never got around to get krdc to work reliably on my Plasma workstation.

For a while I used custom scripts to launch my remotes - but lately I began using Reminna - and that work for me and if it ain’t broken, don’t attempt to fix it :slight_smile:

Well, I guess I should have a look at alternatives. Thanks anyway.
