well ，bash is OK.
Maybe zsh’s bug
I also see the same “effect” when resizing Konsole with zsh. This seems to be a bug from zsh described here: https://github.com/romkatv/powerlevel10k#horrific-mess-when-resizing-terminal-window
Unfortunately the described mitigation of disabling reflowing on windows resize in Konsole didn’t solved the problem for me
