Konsole not working in Dolphin

After Installing Manjaro 21.1 with the new ISO. I am unable to open Konsole in Dolphin with Shift + F4. However F4 command still works which opens an instance of konsole at bottom of Dolphin.
/usr/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/konsolerun.desktop has the following config:

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
MimeType=application/x-executable;
Actions=runInKonsole;
X-KDE-AuthorizeAction=shell_access

[Desktop Action runInKonsole]
TryExec=konsole
Exec=konsole --hold -e %f
Icon=utilities-terminal

PS: Tried Stable and Unstable branch both no success.

Just re-install kinit:

sudo pacman -Syu --asdeps kinit
