Also, it deserves notice that it would be best to empty your ~/.cache/ directory before the upgrade.

Note: There has already been yet another Stable Update in the meantime — on 2024.05.29 — which updates Plasma to 6.0.5 and fixes many of the bugs from 6.0.4.
