Kio_http and kstart5 error messages

I cant even screenshot this error, when i try to make screenshot, it gives me new kstart5 error
last time i saw this kind of errors, my system fkd up. im so scared, i didnt do anything with configuration files, it should be kde bug.

kstart5 error content:
Configuration file “/home/dedus/.config/kio_kstart5rc” is not writeable.
Please contact your system admin

kio_http error:
Configuration file “/home/dedus/.config/kio_httprc” is not writeable.
Please contact your system admin

Fix the permissions on your home directory and do not run things with sudo that don’t need to be run like that, and do not edit files in your home with sudo …

sudo chown -R $USER:$USER /home/dedus/
