Kindle previewer (via WINE) not opening

Hi

I hope to self-publish a book soon, and for this I need to use kindle previewer 3.

The software installed via the WINE package that was on board for my version of Manjaro XFCE.

The icon displays on my desktop, but clicking it results only in a ‘spinning circle’ next to my cursor for a few seconds. The application/software does not open.

Can someone help me to get this software to open please?

Thanks

Wine applications are beyond Manjaro scope. Most information about those can be found on
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=18012
If that is what you installed.

Someone could take the time and go trough debugging, and look for a solution, if there is any, so it might actually not run … ar simply just be able to use the CLI as mentioned by someone here

Maybe look into this Linux apps

  1. Gnome Books
  2. FB Reader
  3. E-Book Viewer (from Calibre)
  4. Bookworm
  5. Foliate
