Keyboard / Touchpad I/O freezes after waking up from sleep

The issue started with touchpad and now i can experience for everything.

When I resume the OS from sleep, it basically works fine for some time but when i use VSCode or even open chrome browser, after sometime the complete Input/Output is keep blocking for very short period of time and then prints/processes it all of a sudden.

I have first checked this in 5.8 kernel and then i downgraded to 5.4, but earlier in 5.8 I experienced this issue even when i reboot the OS.

Other things like sounds and video are working fine. Only keyboard and mouse related I/O operations seems to be freezed for now

PS: While writing this post (took me 5-7 mins). This happened 9-10 times.

After upgrading the patch version of 5.4 kernel. It seems to be fixed. I am not facing this issue from 4 days.
