Keyboard layout resetting on reboot

Hello,

sorry if this is a repost of a solved problem but I couldn’t find a working solution. My problem is the resetting on each reboot. The thing is most of the settings are pointing to right keyboard except setxkbmap -print -verbose 10. Please help.

Here are the logs:

cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf
# Written by systemd-localed(8), read by systemd-localed and Xorg. It's
# probably wise not to edit this file manually. Use localectl(1) to
# instruct systemd-localed to update it.
