Kernel headers for version 5.9.16-1-MANJARO were not found

I’m trying to use VMWare Workstation.
I installed VMware-Workstation-Full-16.0.0-16894299.x86_64 by downloading the installer, since it’s a proprietary software (I have a license).

However, doing so triggers the following error:

Kernel headers for version 5.9.16-1-MANJARO were not found. If you installed them in a non-default path you can specify the path below. Otherwise refer to your distribution's documentation for installation instructions and click Refresh to search again in default locations.

Where do I find my headers?

In pamac search for:
linux59-headers and install the headers. It might be a good idea to reboot afterwards.

You need to install those kernel headers as mentioned in the post above.

But, bear in mind that Kernel 5.9 is EOL. Please switch to 5.10 or an LTS kernel like 5.4.

Also, VMware workstation can be installed from the AUR.

Follow these instructions for installation via the AUR:
