Today I found that Kernel 6.6.rc 7-4 was marked as not supported in Manjaro Settings Manager.
After uninstall the Kernel is no longer listed for install…???
Kernel 6.6 should be released tomorrow.

Yes - rc kernels are removed in preparation for the release
There is a package corruption currently for that kernel. A rebuild is in order: Rebuild Kernel · Workflow runs · manjaro-kernels/linux66 · GitHub
