KDE update made the desktop blink white (video inside epilepsy warning)

If I move the mouse it blinks, and I can see the mouse cursor on front of the white screen

If I disable Compositor with shift+alt+f12 it all works almost fine, full screen video shows pure white screen no blinking, and lock screen is also pure white.

Here is a video demonstration (WARNING may cause epilepsy)

my system specs, I don’t have a discreet GPU

A new update just droped to Kernel: 6.1.9-1-MANJARO and fixed all my issues, everything seems to work just like before.
