KDE Plasma Freeze when memory (RAM) hits ⥵90%

is there anyone get same issue? my manjaro KDE Plasma freeze when my memory (RAM) hits 99%. is it because it won’t write memory on swap partition?
this happening for 3 times already…

fyi my laptop :
Lenovo B41-35
AMD A8-7410
RAM 4Gb
i set 8Gb on swap

i really super noob on linux, been trying it for 2 weeks so still have a lot to learn.
