Whenever I go into one of the customization browsers, I get this error:
This is a fresh install of manjaro.
I’m afraid this is a recurring problem with store.kde.org. I’m guessing they’ve got some serious bandwidth restrictions in place.
What you could try is install ocs-url from the AUR and then install your add-ons by clicking the OCS links on the pertinent web pages. 
pamac build ocs-url
