I have downloaded the full KDE image of Manjaro (24.1.2) a couple of times using different browsers and the downloaded images are identical, but their checksums differ from the posted SHA256 file.

I purged manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso from the CDN mirrors. Pops will try to cache it again fresh. Let me know if that helped.

It looks to me like your download did not work properly then, maybe not completed.
