I have downloaded the full KDE image of Manjaro (24.1.2) a couple of times using different browsers and the downloaded images are identical, but their checksums differ from the posted SHA256 file.
Can you please post both checksums?
The SHA256 of both files I downloaded (manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso, calculated by Dolphin) was
d43d417afbaca2f8886516ea935bfaff5b00ebfab6c58390c84885409e7472ac
The SHA256 posted in manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso.sha256 is
ed6814d8ece40741a4763f130b0f0e9e5495eca4f076cc47a9c07fc8dcfcc698
I’m sorry if my reply is not formatted properly. I’m a noob.
I did the formatting for you.
It looks to me like your download did not work properly then, maybe not completed.
When the ISO is OK, then you could try this as well to burn it:
FYI, I just got the same result, so it is not just you:
$ sha256sum manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso

Also failed signature verification
$ gpg --verify manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso.sig manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso

Thank you
I downloaded manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso, signature, and checksum with Firefox, and both signature and checksum matched the iso.
Then I downloaded the torrent with QbitTorrent, and that iso matched too.
I also downloaded the extra checksums, and they match both iso files.

Yesterday (11/11/2024) I went to Download x86 – Manjaro and downloaded the full KDE Plasma ISO with both Firefox and Chrome. Today on a different computer I went to the same URL with Firefox and repeated the download. When I run the checksum I got:
$ sha256sum -c manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso.sha256

Forgot to mention: Today (11/12/2024) I was using a different computer.
On my last attempt to download the KDE ISO on 11/12/2024 using wget in the terminal (Konsole) I got:

Can you use the download manager of your web browser ?
In my case, every download of the iso was sucessful.
I have downloaded the ISO three times using browsers, twice with Firefox and once with Chrome. I got identical downloads each time. I also got an identical download using wget. The sha256sum of the files I downloaded matched what Takakage reported. But the checksum does not match what is posted. It would seem the likelihood of all that is very small if the file being supplied by the CDN77 server actually had a checksum that matched the posted checksum.
My result from Germany:
sha256sum manjaro-kde-24.1.2-241104-linux610.iso

Do you have a firewall installed ?
I use UFW firewall, that is all, and I have been using Manjaro KDE since 2017 with the same configuration I have now. I have downloaded ISOs countless times (I always keep the latest stable release burned on a thumb drive just in case I need to reinstall, though I have never needed to reinstall). And this is the first ISO I have ever downloaded that had a checksum mismatch. These recent downloads where I am getting the checksum mismatch, there is never anything unusual about the download; ie it is not interrupted and the process completes. I am going to try the SourceForge download and I will let you know how it goes.
I tried the download from SourceForge, and got the correct checksum.

Is it possible for a particular CDN77 server to have a corrupted copy?
I am wondering the same thing, since we both got the identical file length from the CDN77 server. I am located on the East Coast United States, if it matters.
Same country, opposite coast.
I just downloaded an uncorrupted copy of the ISO from SourceForge. My bet is that at least one CDN77 machine is serving up a corrupted copy of the full KDE Plasma ISO. Thank you, Takakage, for your help diagnosing my problem.
I could replicate the same behavior, with the same sums as @Takakage and @stoke001, from direct downloads from the website if the download originated in North America.
While this issue was silently escalated to the team yesterday this new information will be helpful in resolving it.
You could also try to download the image with torrent.
