KDE hangs on splash screen when logging in after logout

I was having this same issue. This solution appears to fix it.

You have a lot of coredumps while logging on and off. Please disable your theme or take the standard Manjaro theme “Breath2”. To to System Settings, Network, Settings, Cache and press Clear Cache try logging off and on again.
