KDE external screen not redrawing and not responding to mouse and keyboard

I my case, Xfce is not working.
Did you make any configuration changes to get this to work?

Blank display after latest update

I booted using a BTRFS snapshot from a couple of days ago prior to the system upgrade yesterday to get a session. This /may/ not be XFCE related. Since I was back in, I installed Enlightenment and KDE Plasma. I forgot to use the --no-upgrade flag. Enlightenment has the same issue as XFCE on my account, and a newly created user. KDE was odd. Only the built-in panel and the HDMI connected monitor worked. The 2nd monitor connected via USB-C did not. Once again, I removed .config/xfce4, .cache/…

Maybe it will help you with KDE
