Since last KDE Update, I have trouble to reboot / shutdown the PC.
Plasma seems to be closed, but sometimes some windows stay open, or I got just a black screen.
ALT+F2 doesn’t work anymore and PC don’t get down.
How can I figure out what exactly the issue is?

Do you have saved session?
Set start with empty.
After successfully shutting down that way … its reported saved sessions work normally again in most cases.

cscs:
System Settings > System > Session > Desktop Session
Under Session Restore section, select
Start with an empty session

Ok, I give it a try. Thank you.
Yes, that seems to fix the issue. Thanks a lot.
Adding comment to topic as the solution is unclear.
What is a session?
How do I set to start with empty?

DurpiuKalnas:
What is a session?
“A desktop session is a user’s logon session that includes all of their open windows, desktops, and windows stations.”
It is the period and state of user interaction with their desktop. Some desktops, including KDE, provide the ability to ‘save sessions’, meaning when you next log in all those same applications are open and in the same point of use.
An ‘empty session’ would conversely provide the traditional experience of a ‘fresh’ desktop, with no applications opened (excepting the special cases of those programs or services specifically configured to autostart on every login).
System Settings > System > Session > Desktop Session
Under Session Restore section, select
Start with an empty session

Hi, yesterday I did a system update of about 2 GB and since then Manjaro no longer shuts down, it remains a black screen and I have to shut down the system from the physical start button.

Did you use the forum search, or look at Latest topics - Manjaro Linux Forum , before you posted your support request? The fix is here:
Do you have saved session?
Set start with empty.
After successfully shutting down that way … its reported saved sessions work normally again in most cases.

Also, the “Known issues and solutions” section of the update announcement ([Stable Update] 2024-10-01 - Kernels, Plasma 6.1.5, KDE Gear 24.08.1, LibreOffice, Virtualbox 7.1 - Announcements / Stable Updates - Manjaro Linux Forum ) provided instructions on dealing with this issue:
KDE Plasma hangs on Shutdown, Restart and Logout
With KDE Plasma 6.1, the session saving feature can make Plasma hang.
A workaround is to disable it in System settings > Session > Desktop Session, by choosing “Start with an empty session”.
Also, could you please update your user profile, as it says you are using GNOME
system
