Just need to solve this problem

While I booted to manjaro, the following text shows up, (but does not boot to manjaro.):
Local_Disk: clean, 323579/2031616 files, 3533243/8126208 blocks.

Guys, I need help.

The info is not an error - it is just info the filesystem is clean.

Your display manager is not starting - this can be caused by graphic driver, display manager config or display manager theme.

How can I fix the display manager?
Do I need to chroot using manjaro live installer?

Check your config - you have - quite obviously - edited a configuration and made a spelling error.

You have not provided info on your environment - info that could be important - it could be the change in qt libraries which is causing it.

@linux-aarhus thanks.

This problem occurred after I installed synaptics driver using pacman.
Anyways, I went to the file:

/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf

And found that at the first line the mistake was “ection” which I corrected “section” by doing a
chroot using a live kde plasma manjaro installer.

Thank you so much!
(BTW, I did not edit the “/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf” file.)

I wonder when that file was created, and by which package, and how it contained a glaring typo?

Apparently, as of the latest database, the package xf86-input-synaptics version 1.9.1-3 provides the file:

/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/70-synaptics.conf

But I can’t figure out what provides 50-synaptics.conf, let alone copies it to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/, let alone contains the typo.

The package is inherited from Arch - and the original conf is installed in /usr tree as 70-synaptics.conf.

The file with the spelling error can only exist if you created it.
