I've to plug-in wifi dongle every time

Hi
This is my first post.
The dongle is of type Realtek RTL8188EUS. I’m a beginner in Manjaro. When I start Manjaro, it doesn’t work with the dongle. I’ve to plug it out and in again. Then there’s no problem. If I reboot, I should do it again. So, the problem doesn’t seem to be with the driver, because when it’s plugged in again, it works well. It seems that it can’t be initialized at startup or something like this.
Since I’m a newbie in Linux and am just a user, please let me know how can I find the problem and how can I solve it.
