He’s already using it. That’s the official ArcMenu extension which is also in the Arch and Manjaro repos. 
EDIT: By the way, I’ve unmarked the Solution as there’s no way the reply marked can be. Also, this topic will never help anyone in the future as is. I’m going to unlist it so it’s hidden from the public (at least temporarily) until @boris_perez provides more information.
