Issues while updating/upgrading system (Error: GPGME Error: No data)

Hello again,

First things first, I am using the latest 5.15 rc Manjaro Linux Kernel. KDE Plasma.

I was trying to update and upgrade my system with sudo pacman -Syu to keep things up to date, everything was going smoothly until my dad’s content filter shut off the wifi at a certain time and interrupted my update.

After that, I got the wifi back on and tried to resume my update. I was greeted with:

sudo pacman -Syyu  ✔

I then proceeded to run many different commands in order to fix my system, however, since many were spliced from different forums I cannot assure their effectiveness. Here is my pacman.conf file:

How would I fix this error? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked similar issues?

I had checked all of those previously, none of the commands worked. However, the search for proper tutorials led me to follow the guide on this page.

After following the steps, package updates work flawlessly.
