Without any system information, it will be difficult to work out what may be causing the issue. We don’t even know which desktop environment you are running (Plasma, Gnome, Xfce etc).
Please read through the pre-prepared instructions below and provide the output of inxi -zv8 in your next reply (or you can edit your original post to include the inxi -zv8 output).
