Is there a Accessibility Setting like "Click lock" from windows, for manjaro?

On windows there was a feature called click lock, if i held left mouse down for a couple seconds~ it would stay held down even when i let go, and then i could just click again to stop holding down. this made things like mining in minecraft a lot less stressful on my hand. I can’t seem to find anything like this on manjaro, and was really hoping someone knew what i could download to achieve the same effect.

I just don’t want to have to hold down my left mouse for minutes at a time with my finger, i want some kind of feature that will continue to hold down for me if i’ve held it down for long enough (maybe 3 seconds or something)
