pamac says that there are some packages to upgrade, which are installed by default, but I didn’t install them.
the packages are:
vulkan-intel
lib32-vulkan-intel
…
my laptop does not have an Intel CPU or GPU

I believe Manjaro installs all open source GPU drivers by default. It is safe to remove any that don’t apply to your computer.
Afaik the CPU drivers of both tastes are forward looking
installed when changing platforms from AMD to Intel;
then you just put the drive(s) from the Intel-machine into the AMD-machine …
Otherwise it is save to remove the not needed drivers.
