Is latest version of manjaro os is good for old pc?

I have a 6years old pc with Intel Pentium 2.6GHz cpu, 6gb ram & 120ssd… should I install latest(current 21.1.5) version or old one?

I have one more confuison!.. I see that manjaro have a gui opntion for add/remove kernels…
which kernel version is suitable for my pc spec…? is kernel really matter?

You dont want an old one.
Manjaro is a rolling release - either your system is up-to-date or it is broken/unsupported.
Manjaro will run about as well on your machine as any other widely available linux desktop.

If you use old (weak) hardware, you may think about using XFCE as desktop.
But you have 6GB ram and ssd. This is not considered old with any desktop
