Is it secure to use admin account in manjaro?

Everybody says to use standard account not an admin account (in windows) is it not the case in manjaro ?? Should I change my user account which sets to ‘Administrator’ by default to standard account? Or am I alright?

The administrator role in your Linux profile is different from the one in Windows.

In Windows, an administrator has access to everything. The equivalent in Linux is the superuser: root.
The “administrator” role is, to be more accurate, AFAIK, a sudoer, a user allowed to use sudo to temporarily gain superuser privileges.

Being a sudoer is not as risky as being a Windows administrator or an outright superuser because, most of the time, you have normal user privileges. You shall only, temporarily, get superuser privileges, when actually necessary.
