Xfce Minimal ISOs used to have Midori but it was dropped from 24.0 ISOs (2024-05-13)
Not much explanation of why Xfce minimal did not include Firefox like all other official ISOs
I suspect Manjaro Team was distracted by Plasma and Plymouth issues
and Xfce has minimal support from moderators
So Xfce users will have to acknowledge that some minimal ISOs are less equal than others
and do their own due-diligence (RTFGithub) and report back to other users
