Internet Unstable Atheros AR9462

Ditched my windows partition for good and would like to use Manjaro on my new setup but im running in choppy wifi, packets drop every so often and the wifi disconnects randomly.

Ive tried couple things like disabling ipv6
changing to an older kernel (running 5.10.26)
