Internal Sound Not Working

This morning after I opened my laptop (Lenovo Legion), it was frozen, couldn’t do anything. I did a hard shutdown by holding the power button, and after I turned it back on the internal audio stopped working. It detects my external speakers, however it doesn’t detect anything coming from the internal sound card. If I unplug the external speakers it just shows a “Dummy Output” channel in pavucontrol.
