Installing Nvidia driver 450

I get this error when trying to install the latest driver.

Does it mean I have to uninstall driver 440 manually?

No, but you will need to remove the metapackage linux-latest-nvidia-440xx first, as it blocks the uninstall process.
You can remove it easily with pacman -R linux-latest-nvidia-440xx
