For successful online authentication using card reader I need to install some .deb package (Idemia AWP software) from eParaksts (tab Oberthur software).
Please help installing that deb package on Manjaro.
A shame that for national institutions Ubuntu is the only GNU+Linux…

Use debtap (edit: nvm looks like you figured it out)
