That USB Ethernet Adapter is supported by Linux Kernel since version 3.1 AFAIK. For example if you use the 5.4 kernel, the driver is in:

/usr/lib/modules/5.4.70-1-MANJARO/kernel/drivers/net/usb/dm9601.ko.xz
