Input sound doesn't work

Recently I’ve noticed that Input while using the headset doesn’t work on my Manajaro PC. I am using a Bluetooth headset, so in the past, I was simply changing the settings from High Fidelity (Stereo) to Headset(Mono) in order to use the microphone of the headset, but now it doesn’t work, I mean I don’t see any microphone action when I select the headset input.

P.S. My headset microphone works perfectly on my laptop whenever I used it.

Does anyone have any idea what can possibly be wrong?

thanks

Please give more information, it will really help us:

How to give system info:
sudo pacman -S inxi ←(installs Inxi)
inxi ←(Tells Inxi to give basic info)
inxi -A ← (Tells Inxi to give audio info)

You can try using PulseAudio

Install PulseAudio:
sudo pacman -S pavucontrol
(If) Remove PulseAudio
sudo pacman -R pavucontrol

Try tinkering around with the settings in PulseAudio, may fix your problem. I can’t give detailed guide because I don’t have enough info.
