This issue should be fixed in Plasma 6.3.4 according to the bug report: 501623 โ€“ Since plasma 6.3, cut/copy-and-paste occasionally causes temporary freezes and inkscape to crash

While saving all types is ideal, not all types are useful in the clipboard history, so instead of accepting all types, Klipper will only save data of useful types to the history.
