Description of my Computer + The problem:
I am running KDE Plasma, w/ Manjaro Linux on a Surface Book3. I am unable to use my built in webcam on Manjaro. I have a dual-boot and the windows partition can use the webcam as intended.
I am running Linux Kernel 6.3.5-2. Changing the linux kernel hasn’t helped my webcam work.
Below I’ll give the output of lsusb
and inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --width
Here is the output of lsusb

It would be awesome if someone could help me resolve this problem, TIA!
Things I’ve already tried (and not had success w/):
-
using fn + f6 on windows partition to toggle webcam.
-
Following the webcam support tutorial from the arch wiki.
-
I tried running the command:
v4l2-ctl --list-devices
to which i got the output:
‘Cannot open device /dev/video0, exiting’
