Icons not showing up for flatpaks

I have recently installed some useful Flatpak apps, Planner, Minder and Norka for example, but their icons only show up in my taskbar when the app is running. I tried doing .dektop files, however I don’t know what to put in the Exec= section of that.

Any help appreciated

usually Flatpack programs needs a reboot for their icon to show.

I didn’t know, because i rarely reboot (which is a dumb mistake to be honest)
