Ibus input window not disappeared after selection of word

Hi all.

After the stable update on 2025.05.04, I noticed that ibus version has been bumped to v1.5.32-1.

After reboot, I noticed that:

  1. When I input using alternate input method, the usual Window box would appear, allowing me to choose the words from a list.
  2. But after selection, the dialogue box would not disappear completely, but an partial window showing “up” and down" arrow still persist - pls refer to the screenshot below (the partial window on top of Kate).
  3. The partial window would appear for ANY window - not just Kate.

Any idea how to get rid of this partial window bug?

Operating System: Manjaro Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
Kernel Version: 6.14.4-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

Does the issue still occur if you change to a Plasma Wayland session?

Ah… this issue doesn’t exist in Wayland, only in X11!

Switching to Wayland, no such bug.
Switching back to X11, bug is back.
