I’m currently using KDE, but I would like to try enlightenment and lxqt, I want to be able to switch to KDE at any time though and I would of course also like to do this without losing my existing settings for KDE.
How should I do this?
I would suggest trying things out in a VM, then it won’t affect your current install at all.

Alternatively install a new desktop into a separate partition if you have lots of hard drive space. If you would like to try LXQt, since Manjaro doesnt have install media for it, you might want to check out my spin.
