I translated the en.json file to french for the Manjaro Starter software

Hello,

I translated the en.json file to french, so, French people or similar will be able to have now the Manjaro Starter software in french. The only thing I need is that someone checks my translations (french team of Manjaro for example) to see if it is good. Thereby, I will be able to send the french file (fr.json) to the Manjaro Starter developer.

Note: Contact me in PM and I will give you the file. I translated the last en.json file from github (manjaro-starter/src/translations/en.json).
