I think I Installed wrong Nvidia drivers, and now I'm stuck on boot

Ok.
Going to share one more picture because I don’t have a link.

There must be a space between -- and upload. That is here not a mistake.

Okk done, Still no link.

No idea then… it works with bash and zsh on my side. No idea what you use.

See the difference?

I am dense, I’ve correct it and ran .
Still no link.
Script seems to run properly but there is no link printed.
I think the terminal is bash since the commands are running normally, it is what comes up after ctrl+alt+f2 on boot screen that says dev/sda2 clean.

And you type q to quit the view mode. At the end the link should be printed.

Anyway… It might be easier to share information when you actually boot a Manjaro Installation Disk.

Yes, but I don’t have a manjaro installation disk.
And typing q didn’t do anything.

ok… just to understand you correctly…

When you run this:

you see that it is collecting information and at the end it prints the information, right?

Wait, is typing view part of the command?

Hope I don’t have to mention that it needs a internet connection…

The internet is working( tried pamac search firefox and it showed results, maybe I am wrong, I’ll try to get it working using usb tethering(no I don’t have ethernet))
It appears either curl or sh command is not working.
Are there any alternatives?

The search is local… it doesn’t need a internet connection :man_facepalming:

ping manjaro.org

journalctl --boot 0 | curl -s -F'file=@-' https://0x0.st

And please type it correctly. Otherwise I am out.

use nmtui

Hey! , the curl command is working now!
Here’s the link -

God… finally

ok… remove this file:

sudo rm -fv /etc/X11/xorg.conf

and reboot.

The last journal is from yesterday evening? Oct 27 19:44:28 Maybe just another timezone…

Wow! It worked, You’re crazy!
How did you know What was causing this?
How can i avoid this in future when installing nvidia drivers ?
Thanks!

Because that config file contains instructions to start xorg with nvidia (and ignore intel). That file was created by you. Manjaro did nothing there.

Remember what configs you create with any tools.
