Create your own thread, describe what you did.
If that file isn’t created, isn’t there,
something did not go to plan in the previous step.
You are the only one who can see that.
Please note that compiling your own kernel will void Manjaro warranty as you’ve just created your own distro, so even if you do compile your own kernel and you want support here, switch back to the Manjaro kernel first!
