I can't use the terminal, help please

Help, whenever I open the terminal, a message saying “the child process got terminated successfully with status 128.” pops up. I’ve rebooted my pc, but it still pops up. When I click the “relaunch” button a message appears saying:

fatal: Interactive git shell is not enabled.
hint: ~/git-shell-commands should exist and have read and execute access.

Screenshot:

I’ve also tried to open the terminal on vscode but it doesnt work either.

If I click on learn more it opens a link where you can see some information but ofcourse it wont teach me how to solve the problem nor what causes it

then there is

so, you should do that, as is also explained here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11120399/fatal-interactive-git-shell-is-not-enabled-got-the-message-fatal-interactive
