What happens if you run

prime-offload
optimus-manager --switch nvidia

?

It’s just restart my session and after the login nothing different happens.

What is the output of inxi -Gazy after that?

The weird thing is, some months ago I could select a different version of nvidia proprietary driver, now I can’t. Another thing that bother’s me is that every time I update the system I have to configure the video card.

I don’t if this just happens on my notebook or if this happen to others too.

Interestingly, it seems you’re now running a Wayland compositor. Please run sudo mhwd -f -a pci nonfree 0300, then reinstall optimus-manager (by the way, have you installed gdm-prime?), then sudo systemctl enable --now optimus-manager, then reboot.

I will reinstall what you ask for a bit more later.
I have installed gdm-prime yesterday I think.
