I cannot update my system

I need help! I cannot update my system. everytime I run pacman -Syu I get this error

Please provide the output of:

cat /etc/pacman.conf

You have defined a [blackarch] repository in /etc/pacman.conf
comment out those lines - or delete them

or refresh the mirror list, so that there is one for this repo
