even in my console it does not allow me to put a transparent bg where as first it was allowing
this error was after i tried to put this kwin pack

You need to activate the transparent effect in
Settings/workspace behavior/desktop effects
i did thaqt dosent work i would need to uninstall that kwin script for command line but i dont know how

Un-click the script and log out/ log in
