HP Spectre no audio

I’m new to Linux. I just downloaded Manjaro KDE Plasma and installed it. I updated everything, but I don’t have any sound output. Can anyone here help me?

Please post the output of inxi -Fazy, pa-info, and sudo dmesg | egrep -i '(snd|sound|alsa|hda|sof)'. Note if the output of pa-info is too long, run pa-info > ~/pa-info.out, then open the file pa-info.out in your home directory in a text editor, a copy from there.
