This laptop has a mute key that works perfectly fine (Fn + f5). On this button there is also an led indicator that should work (other indicators such as caps lock, power button and touchpad lock work fine). I saw this suggestion but it didn’t work for me. Any help would be much appreciated.

Adjust as necessary for your system.
but my key does work, it’s a little led indicator that doesn’t (should be lighting when I press it).
